Nigeria has diversified its economy with sectors and industries covering all facets. Some of the industries we operate includes;

1) Financial Services
2) Public Infrastructure
3) Government and Public Sector
4) Oil and Gas

Financial Services

The financial industry includes all financial institutions and companies/firms that engage in services such as investing, financial consulting, lending, financial reporting, accounting and book-keeping, tax administration, audit and assurance, financial statement reviews, insurance, securities trading and issuance, etc. Its clients are individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and Government agencies.

Our firm has the experience, resources and skills to provide vast financial services in this industry.

Public Infrastructure

Public infrastructure is the basic physical systems of a nation; transportation, communication, sewage, water, and power systems are all examples of infrastructure. These infrastructures tend to be high-cost investments; however, they are vital to a country’s economic development and prosperity.  Due to the enormity and complexity of these projects, Governments usually find it difficult to fund and manage on their own; they need to attract private firms to invest, operate, manage and maintain physical and social infrastructures through an arrangement called Public-Private Partnership.

We have been providing specialized infrastructure development advice to public and private sector clients since 2006. We have a record of accomplishment of helping global clients plan, build, and operate infrastructure in a way that achieves value for money while improving services to the public at large. We work with both public and private-sector clients to make infrastructure projects and related initiatives a reality for the advancement of socio-economic development.

Government and Public Sector

The Public Sector is part of the economy that is controlled by the Government (National, State or Local). In Nigeria, provision of consultancies, goods and services for the Government is usually outsourced to individuals or companies. As such, there is the need for transparency and accountability. However, this may seem impossible due to various reasons.

Our team has a good knowledge of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and will not relent in ensuring that we maintain best practices in rendering our services to the public sector and also assist in promoting transparency and accountability.

We have carried out various services in the Public Sector which includes; auditing of accounts, financial reviews, Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) etc.

Oil and Gas

We are known advocates of transparency and accountability in the oil and gas industry. We have a team of experts with in-depth knowledge of oil and gas industry value chain and activities to provide specific solutions and advise on issues while making contributions in geopolitical and regulatory transformations.

We were engaged by the Nigerian Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) for the conduct of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Audit for two audit cycles (2012 & 2013, conducted in 2014 and 2015). The audit reports produced by our firm as at the completion of the NEITI audits were adjudged as one of the best EITI reports ever produced by Nigeria. We are also a partner on the Department for International Development (DFID) sponsored Facility for Oil sector Transparency and Reform in Nigeria (FOSTER II)  project.
